FREN

We install your boards in an enclosure supplied by you or designed, adapted and 3D-printed by EVIACORE. Wiring, connections and tests follow your drawings and the instructions we agree together. We confirm feasibility, materials, supplies, tooling and quantities before starting.

From enclosure to connections.

Board supply or assembly

Integration can use a customer-supplied board or a board assembled by EVIACORE from the approved manufacturing files, subject to the agreed supply split.

Enclosure design and 3D printing

EVIACORE can design or adapt the enclosure around the board, mounting points, connectors and access areas, then 3D-print it in the selected material. A customer-supplied enclosure can also be used. Ideal for testing your prototype.

Integration and connection

The board, specified parts, connectors and internal wiring are installed according to the approved drawings, polarities, routing and connection instructions.

Your integration steps.

  1. 01

    Clarify your needs

You specify the boards, parts, enclosures, cables and interfaces involved, the quantities and the operations required.

  2. 02

    Design or approve the enclosure

EVIACORE reviews dimensions, mounting points, access, connections and intended use. When 3D design is included, the model is approved before printing.

  3. 03

    Prepare assembly

The enclosure is 3D-printed when included in the scope. The approved assembly sequence, wiring, connections, handling precautions and inspection points are then prepared.

  4. 04

    Integrate the PCB

The board and specified parts are installed in the supplied or defined enclosure, then the agreed wiring and connections are completed.

  5. 05

    Inspect and test the subassembly

The agreed inspections are completed. Functional tests are performed only to the customer-supplied or approved procedure and, where needed, the agreed test bench.

What you supply, what we do.

You provide

  • Applicable board revision and, if EVIACORE assembles it, PCB files, BOM and placement data
  • Customer-supplied enclosure or the dimensions, interfaces and intended use required for its design
  • Existing 3D file when available, assembly drawings and required quantities
  • Wiring, connection and test instructions with acceptance criteria and any required test bench

You receive

  • The enclosure designed or adapted and 3D-printed when this option is included
  • The subassemblies mounted and connected according to the agreed file
  • The inspections and tests included in the service
