Rework
Solder joint rework, SMT or through-hole component replacement, connectors and wire modifications on your assembled boards. Work on BGA, QFN and LGA packages is carried out once feasibility has been confirmed.

Integration of a board into a customer-supplied enclosure or one designed, adapted and 3D-printed by EVIACORE. Connections, wiring and tests follow the agreed instructions, procedure and means. Programming is not included.

How we prepare your production.
Pre-production analysis
We check that components match the PCB footprints: dimensions, packages, polarities and positions.
We also compare the BOM, Gerber files and placement data. If information is missing or a discrepancy appears, we contact you before manufacturing.
Automated SMT assembly
Assembly uses two automated MYCRONIC SMT placement machines and solder paste jetting. Jetting deposits the paste according to the programme without a stencil.
Every assembled board is inspected to IPC-A-610 Class 2 criteria.

Every assembled board is inspected to IPC-A-610 Class 2. Accessible assemblies are inspected under a microscope. Solder joints that cannot be verified under a microscope are always inspected by X-ray through our partner. We may also carry out functional tests following your procedures.

Each project receives a unique internal identifier. When you choose to replace a component part number, we record the change in the project to maintain traceability. EVIACORE is working towards ISO 9001 certification; the process is currently underway.
